This sample code shows how to build a Microsoft ASP.NET Web Service conforming to a SOAP message-based interface specification. Specifically, an interface defined by a Web Services Description Language (WSDL) document describing the SOAP messages and XML types used. Sample code for both a client and server conforming to the XML Key Management Specification (see: XML Key Management Specification V1.1, W3C Note 2 Feb 2001) is provided. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
