From LIGHTNING UK :ImgBurn is a lightweight CD/DVD/HD-DVD/Blu-ray burning application that has several modes, each for performing a different task: Read - read a disc to an image file; Build - creates an image file from files on your computer or network (you also can write the files directly to a disc); Write - write an image file to a disc; Verify - ensure that a disc is 100% readable (you can also have ImgBurn compare it against a given image file to ensure the actual data is correct); and Discovery - used in combination with DVDInfoPro, you can check the quality of the burns your drive is producing.
Version 2.5 adds An 'Advanced' input mode to build mode where you have total control over the layout of the disc and can add new folders, change names etc. and Optional logging when hidden or system files/folders are skipped in Build mode due to the current settings.

"Best CD Burner Their Is. <-(Period)"
Pros: Burns every type of CD or DVD. Data, Music, Video, CD/DVD Images and will create Image files as well. Try this program you'll be impressed I'm sure, not only with the capabilities but speed as well.
Cons: It doesn't look as powerful of a program as it is. They focused more on making an awesome program rather than graphic design.
Summary: This product just works in every way. It's 100% open source which means FREE! It doesn't have all the pretty looks of some of the pay-for software but I believe that's because the designers focused on making this software powerful, quick and easy to... read more >>

Pros: Simple enough. U donīt even need to read some lousy manual.

Pros: it does burning and everything related pretty well.
Cons: it doesn't convert videos to dvd compatible it just burns them as data. also, imgburn doesn't burn music to cds to listen music in the car.
Summary: imgburn is perfect for burning data discs and image file stuff. look somewhere else for a music cd and dvd movie burner.

Pros: Downloads in a snap, and does the job you need done without a lot of bull****, even shows a bit of humor as it works.
Cons: accomplishes everything I need done seamlessly
