Delete Duplicates has been replaced with Find Duplicate Files. Duplicate files (i.e. those with same creation, modification dates and same file size) are now placed in a new file list in a new window.
Command-H for Move To Trash/Delete has been removed in order to avoid conflict with OSX. Command-Delete performs the same function.
Writing desktop comments was changed to use an AppleEvent rather than calling a routine directly. This could cause a problem for certain actions if desktop comments were changed, so this behavior reverts back to previous.
