Version: ImageDiff 1.0.1
Pros: Useful for determining exactly what pixels have changed, but not much else. Interface is simple and intuitive. There is a button to load the left picture and one for the right. There is a slider to adjust the threshold, and a button to compare. The result is presented in a 3rd, larger window.
Cons: There are 4 "modes" to compare, 3 of which only seem to change the color. Would like the slider to be interactive, rather than adjust, then click to see the result.

"Cool, but freezes up all the time"
Pros: This program would be really cool if you had something to do with it...
Cons: It freezes up all the time. I'll get through about two "comparisons" and then it will just hang. I'm going to uninstall it.

Pros: Heat map displays differences well. Easy to spot where it's different.
It's free :)
Cons: - no drag and drop of files onto application
- no "send to.." shell integration
It really needs these as browsing to files all the time is annoying.
