Image InDepth consumer-level photo editor offers a selection of drawing tools, filters, and color-adjustment capabilities for manipulating items in almost any way. Create eye-catching typography within shapes, perform shadow and highlight correction, explore expanded color-matching features, parlay efficient layer comps. You can use this program to edit photos for graphic and Web design, photography, and video. From simply lightening dark photos to improving color and contrast to adding objects or people that weren't originally in the picture. Version 1.2 may have unspecified features, enhancements, and bug fixes.

A well-designed photo-editing program aimed at consumers, Image InDepth offers much of the power of Photoshop and other higher-end products, without the complications.

Traditional features such as color manipulation, effects, filters, and transformations are here, along with basic editing functions such as cropping, rotating, and zooming. Images can be combined in different layers, allowing much of the same artistic possibility offered by the most powerful programs. Drawing tools provide the additional ability to enhance images, or even start from scratch.

The interface is similar to Photoshop, but with fewer advanced features, it likely will be easier for a nonprofessional to master. With most of the features that nonprofessional photographers will need, this software is easy to recommend to all but the most demanding users.

  Summary: You can do the following: Open all the most common image formats like JPG, GIF, BMP, PNG, PSD, TIF, PCX, TGA, WBMP, PCD, WMF, EMF, ICO, Process images with a lot of effects like Hugo nose, Emboss shape, and borders...etc.
