Image Icon Converter
Full user review
"A decent program, but...."
Although the program has some nifty features and can convert a variety of file formats, I prefer freeware Imagicon Version 2.4. Although the source images in Imagicon are limited to BMP, JPG and PNG, all you have to do is drag and drop the source file and, presto!, you've got an icon.
However, users who need more flexibily will find Icon Image Convert a more refined product. For $20, it's affordfable.
The interface is sloppy and poorly designed (I designed user interfaces and software for a living) and this one needs to cleaned up and functions need to be grouped and labeled more neatly. It's simply not intuitive.
