Summary
This little free utility is just fantastic! Thanks to the author for sharing it for free, it's the best I have found online... I tried other several free/demos and either did not do what needed (make a simple icns file to use in a resource fork of a program), or was expensive for the features... $79 for iconfactory's {hotoshop plug-in, give us a break, do you think people find money on trees? As far as I am concerned I own the whole CS3 and CS4 suites and the darn thing can't do an icns file! Outrageous!
Thanks again to Extraneous Software whoever you are since the site is no longer online and redirects to a dead link. :)
