"I like this software so much!"
Pros: Bought it and used it around a year, everything seems ok and always change my windows icons, those themes download from the webmaster homepage. No regrets of buying it.
Cons: Not at all!

Pros: 1. has many skins to choose from
2. easy to use interface
Cons: 1. ocassionally (though very rarely) when opening folders, the folder icon changes back to the default windows one on the start menu

Pros: rarely do i see a users review with 4 1/2 stars out of 5 for a software app.
IconPackager deserves it - it is a simple and sweet program that continuously delivers - yeah!

Pros: i stumbled upon this program by accident and thought i'd give it a go. Turns out, its awesome. Has the ability to change all the standard windows icons to some more interesting. Icon packages can be downloaded from wincustomize.com

"I don't trust Stardock anymore"
Pros: It has an uninstaller included in it
Cons: first it was windowsblinds which had already made me lose my faith on stardock and now icon packager
this software crashes my comp when i used an icon theme and screwed up most of the icons on my computer, later i found out that it has a repair icon feature but it forces you to buy the product to be able to use it! What a ****ty software! Luckily i found IconTweaker which fixed up all the icons on the desktop
