"Very nice to create own (multi-page) icons!"
Pros: I like the simplicity of the tool when I used it the first time. I could quickly create a .ICO file, that contained multiple icons/bitmaps. Exactly what I was looking for
Cons: not encountered any so far ;)

Pros: Icon sushi works well at what it's supposed to do. It's super easy to figure out also. Before this, I used IconDeveloper and that was a piece of junk compared to this.

"simple, free, no registry changes, and works!"
Pros: No complex installation, just unzip and extract. Very simple interface and commands. It works fast and will not consume lots of resources.
Cons: It won't work with .GIF or .JPG so you have to save to .BMP first.
