"Decent program, but I can't find the publisher"

IcoFX seems to be a decent little program and I didn't have any problems with pop-ups like the other post talks about. The icons it generates seem to work well on my XP system. The help file seems fairly extensive as well.
Cons
The program sends you to IcoFX's homepage (icofx.xhost.ro)...which doesn't seem to exist. I sent an email to their contact address (icofxsoftware@gmail.com) but haven't yet gotten a reply back. If you like knowing who the publisher is, this program may not be for you.
I would personally recommend the "Icon Plug-in for Photoshop" by SibCode (sibcode.com/download.htm).

"WARNING- YOU'LL GET POP-UP ADS"

i used it & when you click the new icons you've saved you get a pop-up ad which wont let you into your file or program without first closing the pop-up window & then double clicking the icon all over again.
STAY AWAY. download.com says they check all downloads with virus & spyware scans, but they obviously dont check for pop-ups. plus, since the publisher of the program is disreputable enough to put sneaky pop-ups in it, i'm now in the process of doing MY OWN virus & spyware scans (2 of them) to be sure nothing else sneaked its way in. why scan on my own? because its known that a virus & spyware scan isnt 100% fool-proof (sometimes things slip by the scan), which means download.com couldve MISSED IT TOTALLY, so i have to re-check it to be sure.
BETTER SAFE THAN MORE SORRY THAN ME RIGHT NOW, DONT USE THIS THING.
i'm also about to tell download.com about this.

does anybody know anything about this software or the publisher? I'm having trouble accessing their website. i really want to download it- it sounds pretty decent- but i'd at least like to see that the publisher exists or has a website, or that someone else has used this before.
