    "Program works great!"

    November 12, 2008  |   By VistaBakeSale

Version: ISO Recorder (Windows Vista 32-bit) 3

    Pros

Just what you need and nothing else. No bloated "Take over your computer" junk software. It just adds a menu choice for ISO when you right click a folder.
    Wicked Cool!

    Cons

none. It does exactly what it's supposed to.

    Summary

For all of those who "couldn't find the program" after installation: Stop looking. Just right click a folder and select "Create ISO Image". That's it! Personally I am very happy that there's no Start menu, desktop or task manager icons. Who needs em. I just wanted to create ISO's and now I can. Voila!

"Simple and effective for creating & burning iso's"

    September 7, 2008  |   By Fong-SaiYuk

Version: ISO Recorder (Windows Vista 32-bit) 3

    Pros

Super fast download, simple so it works fast without demanding resources. If your primary os is a Linux distro like me then this is a good iso program to use while your on windows. Basically its simple and it works enough said.

    Cons

No cons, but a lot of people seem to have trouble with it. Listen all you do is right click on the iso you want to burn and some option such as copy image to cd will be there, click that and the gui initializes.

    Summary

Look this product is extremely simple so there isn't all that much to say about it besides it works really well for its purpose. I scan everything I download with two anti-spyware programs and a good anti-virus program and I have never found any such problem with this product.

Its simple and it works and as far as I can tell completely virus and spyware free.
    Learn it
    Use it
    Enjoy

"Great tool, v3 works on Vista x64"

    July 15, 2008  |

Version: ISO Recorder (Windows Vista 32-bit) 3

    Pros

A unique approach, very simple to use, no clutter in the start menu/desktop

Works as advertised, assuming you take the 30 seconds necessary to read how to use it if the design wasnt self evident to you.

    Cons

Might need to find the updated link for the Vista x64 version, google is your friend.

"Awesome product, here's how to use/find it"

    May 31, 2008  |   By cyrrius

Version: ISO Recorder (Windows Vista 32-bit) 3

    Pros

The product works flawlessly, but there is no icon that will be installed so get over it....right click a folder, notice anything different on the menu? There you have it. As to where to find the program folder, didn't you pay attention to where you installed? Default goes to the virtual store directory. C:/users/*username*/AppData/Local/VirtualStore/Windows/system32/ there you have it. Mystery solved, but if you are expecting an icon to be installed on your desktop, find another program.

    Cons

    Seamless, no cons.

    "Small, Simple, Free"

    April 3, 2008  |   By D-Aron

Version: ISO Recorder (Windows Vista 32-bit) 3

    Pros

Like the title said, it's small, easy to use (if you know how to use it), and, best of all, free!!! As for how to use, it just google "ISO recorder" and click on the first link. Now you are at the official website for this program. Click the download link for your version and scroll to the section titled "Tutorial". I'd put the address here, but Cnet's responce system doesn't allow links.

    Cons

Didn't understand how to use it until I googled it...

    "Basic functionality"

    March 12, 2008  |   By Shevot

Version: ISO Recorder (Windows Vista 32-bit) 3

    Pros

It does okay but not very comprehensive or user friendly. Its free. Good for basic needs.

    Cons

Does not have any icons in start menu or on desktop, really not sure it exists after download until you right click on the .iso file. It took me three discs before it burned properly and even then it only transferred the file to the disc and did not create a bootable disc from the .iso image. I just ended up paying for PowerISO instead of trying to figure this user-unfriendly program out.
