  "Could be Better"

  Yes I think it could be better because It could be resident and one feature I missed in it.-Program should change ip adress randomly and atomaticly.

  "Poor operation/tray icon interface"

  Didn't change IP as advertised (kept office DHCP ip), changed subnet, default and DNS though. Try icon should have right click functionality for changing. Home DSL DHCP (non fixed IP) setup should be more intuitive/easier to setup. Stability unknown. Ran it once, when IP didn't take (checked ipconfig /all), uninstalled. W2K SP2, IE6 all sec patches. This would be a great product with a little more work. Wish there were more alternatives - haven't found any at cnet yet.

  Isn't it ironic. Some brilliant programmer designs a good program, with decent features... And there is NO WAY TO PURCHASE IT!

  "Impossible to contact company"

  I registered the software and they charged my credit card, but they never sent me the registration code. I have emailed them several times with no response.
