  False and misleading advertising
  Causes Skype to stall and freeze
  Constant issues with play back recordings timing
  Slow and no customer orientated service skills
  No money back Guarantees for faulty product

  Summary

  I have found this company and software to be very sub standard. I have had issues with this product from the get go and every effort I have made to contact their customer service support lines has been met with rude and unhelpful advice. For 5 mths they informed me that they were having compatibility issues with OSX operating systems which they would fix in two weeks. Why did they accept my money in the first place without warning me of these problem? This meant that I was unable to use the latest version of Skype for 6 mths after it's release. They were fully aware of the issues but continued to advertise their product without any warning to OS X users. When I asked for my money back I was met with you have to prove to us our product does not work.
  The professionalism of this company is appalling and if you think I am the only jilted customer, check out the many forums online stating the same message.
  This software is poorly coded which causes many problems with stalling your computer, is falsely advertised and I strongly advice that you do not waste your money as i have.
  
  Before you buy any software online ensure you thoroughly search online forums to assist you to make the right decision before purchasing, otherwise you will be out of pocket whilst scrupulous operators line their pockets with your hard earned.
