"Never worked properly"

Pros
It was easy to install.
Cons
It stopped doing any back ups after a few days. I tried online chat for tech support and they kept wanting to reschedule the time, even when I went back to talk at the rescheduled time. So I found this rather unacceptable.

- Great and simple backup, you define the backed up folders, and forget about it - it will be backed up on the background.
- Secured, encrypted (by settings).
- Access to files from any PC - via WEB interface (not for working with the files, just in case you need some file/s sometime from other PC).
- Pricing.Cons
- Not enough flexible pricing plans, e.g. for 200GB, 300GB etc'.

- Fast backup speeds
- Very easy to select what files you want backed up
- Restoring files is very simple compared to other services I have used in the past
- Affordable
- Can access data from any computer through any web browser
- Can control how often data is backed up and how much bandwidth is used when backing up your data

I wish the interface had a more of a modern look to it instead of this Windows 95 looking interface. And unlike other services that provide unlimited space IDrive starts at 150GB but it should be enough for most users anyways.
Summary
I have tried many other backup services and they all have there pros and cons but after having tried many of the other services I have come to really like IDrive. It makes it very easy to manage my backups and even though it does not provide the ability to do local backups through the same interface such as Crash plan does you can simply use Windows built in backup service for that so its no big deal.
I like this service so much that I have even chosen it to sell it as a partner of IDrive through my business. -

Have been using IDrive Pro for 2 years now. It's fast and comes with nice auto-backup & sync features
Cons
Online Interface is somehow old-fashioned and not prepared for sharing and using files online. This is much better solved in other services as Dropbox

"Pro Account not worth it"

decent backup system. Fine for a 5 gig free version. STAY AWAY from professional version.
Cons
Idrive pro changed their pricing from 199.00 year for 100 gig to 200 gig. They are not offering current customers the extra space and are charging for overage. When contacted they informed me that they would not add extra storage to our current account.
idrive offers no especially redeeming qualities to make a customer want to remain loyal. Other sites have a much easier user interface and work with both PC and Mac together. IDrive currently does not.Summary
Idrive's treatment makes me question their professionalism on many levels. They seem to be more interested in attracting new customers than current customer satisfaction. There are other companies that offer much more than idrive. I cannot recommend this company at all.
