When you delete stuff from the icqdatabase with this program, it disapears, but the next time you start icq. IT IS BACK. Stupid program.

It's great to find that on ICQ's own website, the Message Archive that they say is for 2000b, is actually for 2000a. The website says it's for 2000b, but the installation file states it's for 2000a. What's bad is, it doesn't check what version of ICQ I had, and just proceeded to install the program. ICQ crashed whenever I tried to load the Message Archive. It's good that it didn't crash all the time, but they should offer some sort of version detection. Or at the very least provide the correct description for the file on their site!
