Will not accept my registration code. Program simply hangs on Windows 7 or XP computers. Support does not answer e-mails or suggestions to resolve problems.

"Registration Didn't Work"

If they manage to sort out the registration problem I'm having and the software works as advertised, I'll be delighted. But right now, I'm feeling pretty burned.
Cons
The company promises immediate registration, but the registration code hasn't worked. I've sent e-mails to the 7 or 8 different addresses I found listed on the website, but several came back as undeliverable, including the Help With Registration address listed in the Help section of the software. If I haven't heard back tomorrow, I'm going to initiate a complaint with PayPal to see if I can get my money back.
Summary
For what they charge, customer service should be a lot more responsive. It's completely inexcusable that the Help With Registration e-mail address comes back as undeliverable.
As it stands, the registration code doesn't work, the software does not work as advertised, and I'm out $59. A big, fat double thumbs down. -

This is the only program available that is currently able to capture and download Hulu streams.
Cons
It costs $60! A little buggy: doesn't always download on first try, sometimes audio is out of sync and a second download is required. Absolutely NO support. Must pay for every update. Website is completely out of date and often contradictory.

I purchased the full version end of March 2011, the latest version came out in June. I downloaded and installed it and found that I had to re-register. I was unable to do so. It wanted me to buy the program again. Another $60 3 months later? Where is my one year (really? for $60 only a year?) of free upgrades? I tried to contact support but didn't even get an automated response let alone a real service rep.
It's the only thing that works right now so you're over a barrel so to speak. It works (mostly) but for a steep price and no support. Use at your own risk. -

Supposed to work with Hulu website. Mine worked for 1 week then quite pulling the URL for the videos on Hulu website. After multiple emails over the past 3 weeks, no response from their sales group or support group.
Summary
Have to question the credibility of the websites that offer this program. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. If you purchase the program do not expect any kind of support if you have problems. The 14 day free trial limits your downloads to 10Mb so your ability to experience the downfalls of the program are very limited. If you do purchase the program plan on it being a total waste of your $60.

Hulu downloader is great if you have patience to deal with all the crashing it does, After about 10 to 20 times starting and restarting uninstalling and reinstalling and then starting and restarting your PC over and over again the downloader will work fine once you get it to go right, Also doesn't go to every website that they say it will go to, Bottom line: Not worth $160 that I paid for it to get life time updates
