"Does the job, but too intrusive and invasive"

    April 7, 2013  |   By kijijying

Does the work unless you don't mind them taking over your system

I used free version which is ad supported. Beign ad supported is fine with me, but they not just ad supported, they take over your system and you see ads everywhere. the impression the left me with is no different from old days porn invasiveness, when they were opening 100 windows on your desktop. You will see ad in your browser, unexpected popup windows, reminders to buy them in the corner of the screen.

Don't use them. Use alternative software, which is free as well, not as limiting (allow you to select where to connect and selection is richer) and not as intrusive (how can they be so intrusive nowadays, its 21 century for christ sake).
List of alternative software is here: I used OpenVPN - works great, lets you select from about 10 locations to connect (hotspot just dictates you where you connecting, no selection and they only connect you to 3 locations only).
