Pros: I bought this product and got a serial number that doesn't work. I haven't gotten a response from the company on a fix, correction or refund at all. This is a scam, DON'T BUY IT!

Pros: It worked great for awhile...
Cons: Now, I only get 12-seconds of silence. I'm using the paid version, too. Company hasn't responded to repeated queries asking how to get it to work again.

Version: HotRecorder for Music 1.0.15
Pros: This software used to work, but iTunes must have changed something because the program now only converts your songs into 6 seconds of silence. I bought this program on three separate occasions (STUPID) hoping the problem would be fixed, but it never was.
Cons: I tried contacting support but I have never received any answers. So much for getting my money back.

"converts only 60 seconds of music, need $19.95 for use, thus, this is not free"
Pros: the ease of use, and the automation of finding all itunes files on all my drives (6 total). It seems to be very user friendly. But surely not FREE. So please remove yourselves from this site.
