From Shareware By Charly :Home Bills (HBills) is a 'user-friendly' program designed to help you manage your home budget. It allows you to analyze and track your monthly bills for a year at a time. It also tracks your current credit card balance. HBills displays 2 months of bills on the screen, along with the yearly total and the minimum, maximum, and average monthly totals. Net pay minus monthly bill total is displayed for each month. Display the current month and look ahead at next month's bills.
What's new in this version:
Version 2.0 adds backup/restore options and menu and shortcut enhancements.

"Works fine in XP and Vista (XP compatibilty mode)"
Pros: It displays current and next month's bills, shows when they are paid, has data backup, and it's free!
Cons: No help file.

Cons: Not very user friendly.. Won't open without accessing the registry....
Summary: I dont recommend this to anyone... it sucks..
