From Hiox :Tic Tac Toe is an interesting game, played by two players. The game is to mark squares three in a row either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally and score points. Players can block their opponent from completing three in a row by marking the square adjacent to the one marked by the opponent. First level of this game has a total of 36 squares. Second and third levels have 64 and 100 squares respectively. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
