No pros as I have been able to fully use my purchased product

The product is not usuable. I have written to the organisation on many, many occasions, as when I have attempted to use this product a pop up box asks me for a password and username. Well, this was not given to me. I have asked, but no response.
Summary
The idea of having several IP addresses is great. However, as I have stated, it is impossible to contact customer service. I have left many emails with the company informing them of the lack of functionality of using this product, as I was not issued with a user name or password. Thus, the product is futile to me. Overall, I have wasted money on a product which isn't even viable to me...
I would avoid this product as customer support is non existent. -

It is very good at hiding my IP address and does it all the time
Cons
Sometimes it logs on with a different IP address and keeps wanting a USERNAME and PASSWORD - you have to then open it up and tell it that you want to use IP #1 and then it works fine
