The pros.It is great for switching IPs if you can get it to work.. The advantages being quite a few US IPs and UK ones, which give your various options.
Cons
Lack of customer support. I have written many emails regarding my purchased product. No response. Therefore, I am left with an ineffective purchase that can only be used intermittently.
Summary
I feel that the product has potential. However, I am being realistic in my disappointment with this product, so that people who are interested in buying the real deal are aware of what they may run into.
As I said, the notion is a good one. It gives you choices of US and UK IPs and they can be switched to very easily without rebooting. HOWEVER, and I want to make this point very clear, there is no customer support.
I brought this product in August 2010 and since then I have only been able to use it intermittently as it keeps on asking for a username and password. This was not issued to me when I brought the product. Thus, I have no idea of what it is. Then, when I do get it to work, it works for a very short period of time then an 'authentication required ' dialogue box comes up requesting my username and password.
I feel it s very important to leave an objective and non biased review based on what I have brought. This is clearly what I have intended to do.
To reiterate, if the product was fully functional and it worked, then I would have no trouble leaving a positive review, as it has potential.
What has let this product down for me has been the lack of response to the many emails that I have sent to this company. -

Pros
You can switch servers from the USA to the UK with out rebooting, and it is very fast at doing it. Seems like real time.
Also, I have use several IP checkers and they show my new ip the same.
This is a good piece of software.Cons
None at all.
Summary
With this you can't go wrong, and I am not connected to the software company in any way. Just a satisfied user.
