I got it at the Christmas sale for $5, it's usually $10 though.

It is The Game poem again, all right and it plays well.
Cons
Editor flicks in the trial version. The original CD did exhibit an occasional crash unlike the game itself.
Summary
The game feels hampered for an experienced player if the editor is non unusable. It flicks in the trial version. The editor is absolutely indispensible but it is a nightmare to use with the flicker. I have some doubt about the music too, only MIDI is accepted, but it does not matter much for a laptop only game without CD. Since it is the trial version and this OS is far away from the original ones, it is not clear if the flicker can be solved going through DOS, DOSBox or some other emulator. Other glitches in the original OS may get amplified in these new OSs too, particularly related to the campaign mode.

This game is absolute classic and good improvement on it's predecessor, particularly towards the more customizable hero. Of course one should also realize that it's all about strategy here and as such can be enjoyed to the fullest no matter how old it, or you, becomes.
Cons
Way too expensive for a game made by a company that no longer exists. There is no demand for it anymore yet we see the price of the digital download as an appalling 15 dollars.
I would at most consider paying half the amount for this game (ebay is good and you can get the full cd this way)
Lastly:
1 hour is not enough to get a feel for this game. Most people might be better off ignoring this download and searching somewhere else.
