Version: HelpStar Help Desk Software Test Drive 9
"Too Expensive, Poor browser support, limited customization"
Pros: Fairly stable, easy to use, slick web interface (although glitchy at times)
Cons: $125 for each additional re-install (you get 1 free-be). Poor Firefox/OSX/Mac support (also no Mac client software available that I know of). Costs way too much. Can't customize anything without paying a few more thousand dollars.
