Pros
Small and lightweight and the company does not try to hide the fact they are using the UVNC Single Click in their cool tool. I can respect that. Unlike some of the others that pretend it's all their programing. Did someone say remote support system????? This is a better remote support system tool than most and the price is right.

This product has worked exceptionally well. We tested many other products that were much more expensive and more complicated to use. For any computer repair company or other business that wishes they did not have to explain things over the phone, this is the product for you!

The ability to reboot into safe mode saves us the time of haveing to talk our customers through the procedure. The support is outstanding.

First of all the connectiod is really small allowing you to get your client connected quickly.
This version has an end button which allows the user or you to unistall the client software without telling the client to click on the icon that says unistall (customers get confused)
Another cool feature is that if the client or you breaks connection it will automatically recconect either.
There is a timer for billing the client that is a nice feature.
You can restart the client in SAFEMODE to remove virus's and other spyware.
All in all this is the best that I have seen or ever tried. Technical support was almost instant and very professional!!!! No losers in tech support!!! What a refreshing concept
