What's new in this version: Version 3.2 now has multi monitor support, Upnp router support, asks to accept incoming connection.

If you are in the business of providing support, there is none better than this software. While is is not perfect, it is damm close.
Cons
The documentation sucks. Thank God the software is so good you do not need to read a 500 page manual to operate. But still the users manual is 20 pages or so. There are many questions you must figure out on your own.

V2 has some great improvements over the first version & all the things that annoyed us with the first version are gone.
If internet drops at either end, it reconnects. If you fail to uninstall it like the first version when you have finished with a client, it doesnt bomabard your screen with people reconnecting.
Our company couldnt do without it. It saves us & our clients huge amounts of time.
Their support is great also. Not only were they helpfull, but responded to my problems very quickly.

If you are looking for an inexpensive solution to connect to any computer that is connected to the Internet I have found your solution and it is called HelpDeskVNC. This is a very powerful peice of software that you can add to your website easily to allow remote assistance to any computer. I have added it to my business website here.

Some of the featurs I like including being able to customize the client with your logo. I also like that you can use the software on unlimited clients for unlimited amount of time. You can reboot the computer remotely into safemode. You can chat with the user on the other end, and transfer files back and forth. You can track the session time so you know how much to charge the client.

VNC Help Desk has to be a greatest thing since sliced bread when you can hook up to a customers computer and fix it they are very pleased because they didn't have to load it up and haul it in.The Tech support for this program is great I have had no problem getting them and I can always count on them to help me out of a problem that I might have with the program.

Being in the computer repair business, I have tried no less than 5 different remote support products that were either too slow, disconnected way too often, or involved talking the customer through opening up router ports on their end. Since port configuration is different from one router brand to the next, this task made more work for myself as well as the customer!
All of these issues and more have been addressed with Helpdesk VNC2! In most cases, the speed is very close to real-time, you rarely get disconnected but if you do, the connection is automatically re-established, plus...the product requires zero customer-side, router configuration!
Customer service is great. I can't remember the last time I've had this type of after-the-sale support!
If you're in the business, you need this product!!!

They chose to steal from a good piece of software

This product is nothing but a repackaging of everything found for free at the UltraVNC website. They slapped their name on it and even a copyright notice saying that it belongs to them! The repeater that comes with it eevn 100% UltraVNC and not theirs. They are code theifs and nobody should buy this.
