"MS address book is just to ........"
Pros: So easy to use, clear and simple, just a "handy" way to store name and address's
Cons: Haven,t had any issues yet.

Excellent address book capabilities, both viewing and printing
Great mapping from addresses
Superb customer serviceCons: None and every upgrade has been worth it

"User friendly and worth the money!!"
Pros: I'd have to say the 'ease of use' and simplicity is the biggest pro for me. I also like the way it looks - neat and uncluttered. I like the ability to bring up a zoomable map of a entrant's address and editing is simplicity itself.
Cons: The calendar, doesn't allow you to choose a 'format'. I'm a Brit and used to the day/month/year format, so having it stored in the month/day/year format, confuses me. However - everything else is well geared up to accommodate us Brits :-)

Pros: It actually works.
Cons: Deceptive upgrade technique that will force more money out of you.
Summary: The deceptive upgrade trickery is like nothing I've ever seen in the computer industry. This guy corners you into an upgrade or you lose your data. The program is OK but do not ever respond to a free upgrade.
