Pros
Nothing beats it. Even the 5-star rated TextPad cannot be an opponent to this program. With HTML, XHTML, CSS, VBSCRIPT, JAVASCRIPT, PERL, PHP, ASP(and more) support, this is the ultimate programming text edior. I recommend this to anyone, from a simple HTML writer to an advanced PERL scriptor. I hope this becomes at popular as TextPad and CNET.com rates this 5-stars, since it is such an effective tool.
Cons
Not popular enough since it's newly released. If more people start downloading this and CNET.com rates it, it will surpass TextPad's ranking.

Summary
I have tried about 30 kinds of HTML editors, but this was the only one that met my expectations! It loads fast and is very stable. I liked specially the coding inspector where it will complete the code for you, so you don't have to remeber all the parameters for coding. And there is one more hidden function that other editors don't have, ability for block selection which you can select retangular text area to copy and past codes by using
