Publisher's description
From Andrew Glinwood :HTML Editor is a Notepad-style HTML editor that features a toolbar for quick access to those often-used functions. This program uses syntax highlighting to make the coding of Web pages easier. It also has an Items Palette to add HTML tags to your pages, as well as a Preview in Browser button. The HTML Editor Application can open most text-based files, and has support for compiling Java apps with a Java compiler.

Version: HTML Editor 1.6.0.61
Pros: Easy to use interface, loads pages fast, easy to navigate. I know nothing about HTML editing but I think I'll be able to update my web page (created by someone else) quickly and easily.
Cons: Don't know enough to identify any problems. But from the looks of it there aren't too many drawbacks.

Version: HTML Editor 1.6.0.61
Pros: Its free and it works fine. The perfect editor for someone who just wants to edit HTML and isn't looking for any bells and whistles.
Cons: It didn't allow me to open multiple html documents in the same window. I had to open the program multiple times.

"A great basic function HTML Editor"
Pros: Easy to use and very effective. Would recommend for someone with a basic grasp of HTML
Cons: To get the best you will need to get to grips with HTML code. But then that's what this editior is al about!

Version: HTML Editor 1.6.0.61
Pros: Some one previously stated a copy paste cleaned his project... I've used this and haven't come across that problem.
Cons: *shrug* all I do is quick editing, haven't come across any yet

Version: HTML Editor 1.6.0.61
Pros: I wanted a program that would let me edit HTML easily, and without adding its own code, like Dreamweaver does. I don't like Notepad because the copy and paste options don't work very well, and you only get to undo your changes once. HTML allows me to do everything I need and the color coding is the best, as it makes so much easier to locate the pieces of code that need to be modified.
Cons: I didn't really find anything bad about this program, other than the fact that it creates temporary files next to my .html files while editing and they never get deleted when I close the program, I have to do it manually.
