This is a simple, no bells and whistles utility that merely does what it's supposed to .
I have an 8GB Sandusk Cruzer that I installed Linux on. Thereafter everything identified it as a 500MB drive and nothing would fix it. Nothing would let me delete the partition and create a new one. This utility did and I now have an 8GB flashdrive once again. I'm planning to do it all over again with a different distribution so I'm keeping this little utility to fix things again later. ;) -

Works fine in WinXP.
Cons
Won't launch in Win7. Wrongly says I'm not logged-in with administrator privileges, when I am. Same experience with two different Win7 machines.

Not sure what cnet tester/reviewers did when they said they tested in in Win7.

If you want to format FAT32 above 32 GB in Windows, this is probably the easiest way to go.

Works fine, no complaints.
Summary
This utility restored the full size and usability of two thumb drives that were used in a Floppy Image extraction. Windows would format, but not restore the actual size of the thumb drive. Highly recommended!
