Pros: you have to have this software to use the 820c printer ... older versions are full of bugs .. so the latest version 8.5 is necessary
Cons: HP has removed the drivers for 95,98,98se & Me for the 820c printer ... every site i was able to find all link to the HP site for downloads .. even forign sites .. i havent been able to find the version 8.5 after 5 hours of looking ... it looks like everyone in the world trusted HP to retain these files .. i am helping older people repair their computer .. they cant afford a new printer, operating system or computer and have purchased lots of ink for their 820c ..
