I wouldn't touch this program again with a ten-foot pole. Make my computer much worse then it was by messing around with system files. Try WinZip's registry optimizer instead. It is a much better <a href="http://systemtools.winzip.com/registry-cleaner.htm" title="">registry cleaner and repair tool</a>

The installer couldn't even finish the installation, which was good, because the part that did end up installed was immediately called out upon by my AVG Virus Removal program and I ended up moving 16 files from the un-finished installation infected to the vault. If you don't have a protection program that removes viruses/malware/whatever on your computer (not just scans and points it out), then don't try downloading this. It will only make things worse.

None at all, it froze when i tried to use it and messed up my PC.

A browser highjacker that will take your browser to their homepage to advertise their products.
It also starts some unknown installer so probably has spyware too.Summary
Avoid this garbage, it is COMPLETELY useless and just highjacks your browser, even when uninstalling so they know you will do that ASAP.

Bottom line, it does what it says. It looks for files that are not needed on the computer and will remove them for you.
