Provides a very simple interface, and no doubt this is what i had been looking for. No links to some other websites which annoy u with their to-be-purchased stuff. A simple click will tell u all about that exercise
I have just purchased dumbells but can't go to gym to learn how to do the exercises. This is what I had been looking for. -
