Pros
Hot Keys quickly allow capture of region, window or desktop. Latest feature includes cursor that can easily be moved or deleted from image. Too cool.
Cons
None - It is also very small and so portable. I keep it on a thumbdrive when I am at different computers and need to capture some or all of the screen. I sometime capture a region of the region.

Awesome free tool. Years ago my company wouldn't spring for additional "pricey" Snag-It licenses. I combed the internet and found this free tool. Searching CNET,Gadwin Printscreen has a lot of reviews and after wiping out my pc and installing Win7 I decided to try the free tool with the most positive reviews. I switched back to Greenshot because of the easy hot-key captures of region, window or desktop. Thank you to the developer for a great tool. BTW, recently see and wish CNET wasn't trying to sneak spam onto our systems during download and installs. Carefully read the screens during install.
