Pros
Allmost all the cars and mods I already had were included when I installed, so I didn't have to search the net for them again. The car detail is amazing, except the colision files have some minor errors (damage happens to the car from an extended distance). The new structures, colors and changes everywhere in Liberty City make this a GREAT idea to install after you complete the game, as it looks like time has changed the city completely! I have installed this mod on 2 computers about 15 times- because I tried to further mod it, and mistakes...frequently occur with me around ;). But if you play GTA3, and you play it for the fun of it (not to say you beat it in 13 hours) then THIS mod is for you!
Cons
The only Con i have about RealGTA3 is the darn cars show (and take) damage from about 6-12 inches away from them. NOTE: THIS ONLY OCCURS ON SOME CARS. MOST CARS ARE WELL MODDED, AND MOST HAVE CHANGED SOUNDS AND ABILITIES.

the only things i liked are cars.even in new patched San Andreas there are no cars like these ones.oh yea.and advertisements on the streets are really cool,for example,Mercedes Benz or Dodge ones.

i downloaded this for two times.for the first time everything was good even that freakin new island was there,but there was NO BOATS to get there!!!and one more thing:i followed installation instructions but all roads were really MESSY. and i deleted the mode.for the second time i downloaded it,nothing happened,the game just didnt' even start haha.later, i replaced some files and now there are changed just cars.i still play GTA3 with these cool cars.sometimes thou they slow down the game.

Fantastic detail in all the cars incl. sat nav and gear stick. You can even see the holes in the brake discs on some cars
There is also an extra small island, with the statue of liberty on it, where you can go into the head and the torch
The radar is also drastically improved
Cons
All the cars have been converted from original GTAIII models and still have these properties. This means that a car, such as the BMW M3, drives identically to the rumpo van (slow and topples over easily)
The Aston Vanquish drives the same as an esperanto

The ability to steal "real life"cars,a new bridge added,the Statue Of Liberty added and totally new menu screen.It's brilliant!

The only problem i'm having is the cars.Some are just plain white.These include the police cars,taxis and a truck that changes from red to grey as it gets closer into view.Why?I don't know.I've done what was said and it is still like it.Does anyone else have this problem?Does anyone know why some cars are absolutely white?Can it be fixed?If so,can someone please send me a email to this address:- michaelthierry1974@yahoo.com.au.Any help would be appreciated.
