"Download from Software maker not C-Net on this one!"

Pros
This may be a great program. When I had the problem above, I went directly to the software maker's main website. The file there is not corrupted. It is Download GovernMail 1.22 at 0.9 MB and the screen shot is nothing like what I got from the C-Net download. Yet to install, but if you want this program, then go to their website and avoid downloading this particular file from C-Net.
Company name is: AcroVista Software.
Cons
From the downloaded software from C-net, I just get a blanking screen. Either the file is corrupted and/or this is malicious program on the C-Net site...but see above.

This program loads up in DOS and engages your printer to just randomly start spewing at paper! Look at the size of the file you are dowloading. It is less than 1k big. -

This is the best Political program I have seen. I am in love with. Only one problem. It has a hard time when you try to send all partied a message thru bellsouth it comes up with errors. But it was and easy fix. Just restarted the program.

This program is incredible. For people like me who take an active roll in politics, this program is a MUST HAVE. It has e-mail addresses for all elected officials, summaries of what's going on in the House and Senate and it even has elected officials from around the world. It has an update feature which will also keep the information current. Become a watch dog of your elected officials, this program makes it simple!

...and around the world. I've been using the program for several years, and it is one of my all-time favorite freeware programs. GovernMail makes it extremely easy to monitor the activities of our elected officials, and to express our opinions of the jobs they are doing. The program provides up-to-date news and information from Washington, and current contact information for politicians. The user is able to check any number of recipients from the two houses of congress, or instantly email ALL members of either party. Emails to the President and Vice President can be sent easily, as well as messages to many world leaders. Anyone who exercises the right to express his or her opinions should definitely check out this program.
