"Too much Protocol Kill Instant Messenging"
Pros: I like that gOogle is trying to make a IM but
Cons: common, why making another IM when you have already good IM used by alot of peoples...
My opinion is, there should be just ONE protocol used with any IM so all the peoples of the world whould be in contact without having lot of IM running at the same time

"A nice cool Chat Program . Especially The feature that lets you call a person"
Pros: This product is still in beta phase. So Many
Features yet to be present when we compare
it to the Yahoo or MSN For example.
The only good parts are
1> Importing contacts
2> clarity of Call conversation.
THe second point is very impressive
Cons: 1> UI is not good
2> Lacks many other features present in Yahoo
for example

Pros: None I can think of.
Cons: It's embarassing that Google would publish such a rudimentary IM client in their name. Who on earth would want to use a completely isolated IM client that does not even show smilies, let alone something more advanced.
