    "It didn't work"

    Summary

    There might be settings that the user needs to key in. Out of the box, clicking "Start" results in this message: "Failed to open GPS COM port: The Port Com 4 does not exist".

    To correct COM 4 error message, go to Device Manager and click on the + sign in front of Ports. Notice the COM Port assigned to your GPS. Now, go back to the program and click on Settings - and change the COM Port from 4 to the one assigned to your GPS.
