"Great tool - easy to use too!"
Version: Golden Records Vinyl to CD Converter 1.10
Pros
Trial version had no limitations. Connect your amp, your turntable, add a record, and right away, the software took over and step by step, you were able to burn your favorite LP's & 45's right onto a CD. You can also save the recordings right on your hard drive at the same time. It has the ability to delete the lead in a record, join two records together (if you needed to), or split a recording. I Loved it! I am considering purchasing as the 21 day trial didn't give me enough time to record all the LP's I have nor even begin to record all my cassetts.
Cons
Pretty much ties up your computer. You can't work on other programs while recording because it picks up all the programs opening/closing sounds right on your recording. You may be able to turn those sounds off but I wasn't able to figure that part out.

"Great Product"
Version: Golden Records Vinyl to CD Converter 1.01
Pros
Great program, even works with 8 track tapes, took me a bit to get things as I liked to hear the finished product, but after that WOW!!!
Cons
I'm not fond of working with the regions, but managed to get through it in time.
