Version: GoldWave 5.23
"Great for beginners & newbies & professionals"
Pros: Has all the bells & whistles to do a really great audio edit. The manual (online) is an education all by itself. The smart trial of 1500 edits lets you play, make mistakes, try all the stuff that's there over many months (it took me 8 months of trial & error) before you buy it. The price is reasonable too. Couldn't find any bugs or annoying stuff either during that time.

"Easy To Use As Long As You Know To Drag, Copy & Paste"
Pros: Though i'm using this program simply just to edit Justin Timberlake's album so I make 'My Love' like the video version I may use this program again. The best thing about the program is the fact i just have to choose where i want a part of the song to end then drag what part i want to move, cut, paste then see if it works right and if it doesn't just hit undo
Cons: Um... They want you to pay for the full thing... only problem i see lol

"I agree with Kiros review of this product - but it can save to MP3 too"
Pros: Simply download the lame.dll MP3 codec thingy and Goldwave will be able to save files to MP3. A quick search for lame.dll will reveal many sources - all free. The trial version of Goldwave allows something like 2000 uses before it runs out, so you can have it installed for ages.

Pros: loads of effects to choose from, Encode to alot of multimedia files
Cons: Slighly Complicated I wanted to have one sound playing on one speaker and the track onto another recommend for intermediate music makers and advanced computer users but still I give it 5 stars

"Easy to use but powerfull editor"
Pros: Lots of effects and advanced editing. Full support for plug-ins. Does not take up a lot of memory.
Cons: The selection process is a little cumbersome with start and end markers rather than just click and drag to select.
