  "Company has NO telephone number / no real time help!"

  Pros

  Unknown because they insist on payment brfore the free trial.

  Cons

  1) No real time help
  
  2) No way to contact them except by email form and a 24hr response time.
  
  3) The 1 week FREE trial is NOT free! They insist on Credit Card authorization first!

  Summary

  I am not buying a service from an Internet company with no phone number or business license or any other way to identify WHO they are or how to contact them if they have taken money out of your account or credit card without authorization. NO WAY!

  I was using "GoTrusted Secure Tunnel V2.3.3.1" for less than 40mins into the so called "1 week trial", it then disconnected and will not reconnect.

  It says "problem with your account" and "payment information needed" so much for the free 1 week trial!

  We're sorry you had an issue using the service. GoTrusted is free trial for 7 days. Perhaps you canceled your subscription and cut your trial short? You can cancel any time, no questions asked, before or after the trial.
  
  The contact information is on our website and the billing information has our phone number. Support for the trial accounts is via email, but we endeavor to answer promptly and always less than 24 hours. GoTrusted has been in business for quite a long time and so is most certainly a licensed company (it's a USA based company).
