"Not a bad product, Customer Service needs help.."
Pros: Fast, good for browsing (I haven't tried P2P) and integrates well with Firefox

"Very fast, anonymous, cheap but not easily configurable"
Pros: I have used Anonymizer Total Net Shield for years, and this product is so much faster. Also, it's month to month vs. annual subscription. Many users may like the fact that it puts all traffic through the proxy but...
Cons: ...I want to control when a browser, etc. uses the proxy or not. They have almost no support documentation on their website. I hate having to turn it off in order to direct connect. Would like to use foxyproxy in Firefox to turn it on or off.
Summary: It is lightening fast vs. Anonymizer Total Net Shield, cheaper, and month to month. Very easy to set up (no client software), but it puts everything through proxy. I'd like more control.

Pros: GoTrusted Just works and it's one of the lest expensive services available!
Cons: Others hate us cause we do it right.

"Do not know if this works or not"
Pros: Easy to download
Cons: Registering on web
Summary: Living in a country with serious censorship, I was hoping this would let me access sites. However, having to register on gotrusted web site is impossible as it is blocked. Any comments from gotrusted?
