"Overpriced and poor customer services"

I have been a user of gotomypc in the past 3 years. Recently I switched to LogMeIn for the following reasons : (1) gotomypc's newest version 6 seemed to create connectivity issues. I had to contact customer services to back level to version 5.0 (2) it is way too pricy as compared to LogMeIn, which provide similar features and functions (3) customer support is lousy to say the least. I sent several emails to gotomypc's customer service and gave them a chance to match what LogMeIn offer. They simply ignored my emails and didn't bother to reply.

Ummmm supports sound which is the only thing I can think of.
Cons
Well if you want to just connect you your pc remotely then why pay when you can get logmein and use it for free. If you want to do file transfers and remote printing locally then maybe this is for you. Personally I like the logmein interface better and would recommend at least trying them both before commiting to one.
