"Worked for about 2 weeks"
Version: GoMail Group Mailer for Outlook 200X 2.3
Pros
It was ok while it worked..
Cons
Some update broke it and their tech support is non-existant. Seemed like it would be an easy fix too.

"It doesn't work..."
Version: GoMail Group Mailer for Outlook 200X 2.3
Pros
Nothing - it doesn't work.
Cons
I've tried the program on 2 different computers and am riddled with errors both times. Stay away from this software - it isn't stable and doesn't work.

"This product and its suport is TERRIBLE"
Version: GoMail Group Mailer for Outlook 200X 2.3
Pros
Nothing.
Cons
I have had this product for nearly a year. I actually paid for it because it seemed like a great concept. It turns out that this product is still in development... my opinion is that it is not even in beta yet.
Each time I have to use the program to send our quarterly company newsletter, it does not work. So I have to contact the company for help. This usually takes days to get help. THEN, he has some little fix (without an explaination) to make it work for that time... then (you guessed it) it is dead the next time and I have to contact him again.
STAY AWAY from this "product" it is not commercial quality, and certainly not worth paying for.

"Does not work"
Version: GoMail Group Mailer for Outlook 200X 2.3
Pros
1.Unistalled successfully.
2. You will enhance your Outlook configuration skills.
Cons
It turns out, GoMail has prerequisites for its installation. It made me download and istall 3 (three!!) other programs. It takes quite a while! I work in IT, but I had to spend more than an hour configuring GoMail *and* Outlook to make sure I can send mass mail. Result? Unlike Outlook, GoMail won't send anything. A perfect way to waste 2-3 hours of your life. Then again, what can you expect from a company that has a web site made with FrontPage?
