"Doesn't completely install in Vista"

Unable to evaluate as the installation doesn't complete

Gets to the end of the install process but appears unable to make the necessary registry entries to finalise the installation.

Their site states "The free version is fully functional and there are NO nag screens". What they don't tell you is that it adds 'almost hidden' links to ALL HTML files. What these links do and where they go to is open to question. These links could go anywhere and so how does the user know what else the sneaky little program does? This is unacceptable!
Is the paid-for product free of this nastiness? How does anyone know?
I wouldn't risk anything from an organisation that acts so surreptitiously.
DO NOT USE IT!
In any case their claim to fast speeds is also flawed in my opinion as the technology used takes more up-front processing before the transmission takes place.

It's fast and easy to use.
Cons
Call it an undocumented feature... but this FTP client will add it's own content to your uploaded HTML files, including links that take you to trojan horse 'search engine' sites. Stay clear of this app.

"Nice FTP Program"

Pros
Easy to install and easy to uninstall. No problem or error found with this software. Fast and certain uploads and downloads. Nice grafical user interface. I did not have to change settings, so I do not know if this influence the working of GoFTP, but GoFTP seems to me stable. GoFTP is the only free FTP program for Windows Vista.
Cons
When you open GoFTP the local files frame shows the default folder and not the folder you last opened, but more FTP programs have this shortcoming.

"A little bit buggy .."

Better user interface compared to filezilla. Has multiple connections to upload file just like p2p.
Cons
Changing the number of connections to use causes the program to crash. After you abort an upload or download in the queue, you cannot restart queue processing. Had to quit and run the program again.
