"Not for beginner or new user. best for advanced users."
Pros: does find items and empty folder as it says. registry cleaner finds a lot of unneeded regs. Optimizations are great although i would rather use a different tool i hve specifcally made for that one function.
Cons: the registry cleaner could use a bit of a better options to make sure file has not been moved or displace or offline/remote connections.
Summary: product is toted as a freeware but it quits after a time. its a try then buy item. found it under the freeware subheadings.
the duplicate file could use a bit of a better search using more definitions to make sure of the duplications.
I does do as it says i will do. clean out the registry, find duplicate files, remove shortcuts, etc. it just needs a bit fo fine tuing to make dure it does not go to far in some instances. this program is NOT for the beginner or the low average user.
before use i would make sure you have a back up of the registry just in case of error.
make sure that the 'trashed' files are the ones you need to get removed. when absolutely sure of the deletion need then the high security removal system makes sure the file cannot be retrieved. there is no Undelete after that. even with the restored system files.
when it comes to multifunction tools i usually end up evaluating them VS the single function tools. there is a chance of error in many tools. if you are a person that wants less clutter with more ability then use this tool with caution. if you are a person looking for a specific function only then this tool is not for you.
