Gave to everyone that wants my help on their computers. No one needs me anymore. Computer novices can fix big problems without getting into trouble. Easy, fast, free.

No problems after having used it at least 150 times.

Easy to use! Gives short descriptions and info on the files/programs you are dealing with. No ads or harassing windows telling you to upgrade, but you can if you wish.
Cons
Nothing yet. May be a little difficult for some users who aren't familiar with utilities such as task manager etc. but still very easy to use tool.
Summary
This program makes it easy to do the things you do already plus more. Clearly view and edit running tasks and programs. Run memory optimization and delete specific temporary files (gives check boxes to select files/programs). Startup programs and services and registry cleaning! Very precise for those who want a custom clean up also. The interface is very simple and includes access to your windows Utilities also so it's all in one place! No system errors yet for me but its safe to always create restore points before making registry changes.

This utility takes over from where windows advanced care leaves off. I love having them both. I haven't had to do any OS reinstalls.
Cons
None that I no of and no malware was detected before installing.
