Pros: Easy to use, intuitive, comprehensive. Actually does what you want, rather than tempting you with features that it won't deliver unless you upgrade to the paid version.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Cons: Sometimes shows up things again, after it should have cleaned them first time.

Pros: An integrated site for tidying up the loose ends of Windows XP
Cons: Sometimes CCleaner catches things that this does not; I recommend using them in tandem.
