Version: Gizmo5 4.0.3.382
"Wouldn't work and Gizmo5 refuse to refund me"
Pros: UI is ok.
Cons: Terrible customer service.
The software didn't work. I kept getting an "SDP is null" problem.
I contacted their customer support (e-mail only available) and they refuse to refund my money.
Stay away... Skype is 1000x times better.

Pros: Still trying it but see Cons.
Cons: Just a warning for you. If you don't UN-check a tick during installation you'll get the ask.com toolbar and it will change your default page.

Version: Gizmo5 4.0.3.382
Pros: It is the only Voip service that will work with Google Voice (as of 090814). It is compatible with any device/OS that has an SIP client (which is most of them) including Windows, Mac, Maemo, iPhone (jail broken), and more.
Cons: The Google Voice integration over wireless internet on mobile devices like the Nokia n810 is not very good. It usually doesn't work.
Summary: It is good for PC to PC talking (even over wireless)
You can even call Skype users from Gizmo5 using their opensky feature. read more
