Version: Gizmo Drive 2.6
"new version worse than the old one"
Pros: versions 2.5 and below worked great! Still works fine for mounting drives
Cons: I get odd messeges which might have to do with (on winXP) the installation of Service pack 3, New disks Fail to read, (while working fine on other software).
I haven't burned one disk successfully since this update, and wasted quite a few. keeps requesting outdated updates!!

Please visit the Message Forum on our support and we'll be happy to help with any problems you're experiencing. WinXP SP3 does have an issue in that the IMAPI v2 update will not install correctly. (It claims that it is already installed, or not needed, when in fact this is wrong) Microsoft is working on refreshing the update package for IMAPI v2, but otherwise there is nothing we can do to work around this problem, except to wait for refresh from Microsoft. More information can be found in our Message Forums regarding this problem. (Some people have reverted their Windows XP installation back to SP2, applied the IMAPI v2 update, then reapplied SP3, to get around this problem, though it seems that Microsoft is close to releasing their update) Please also note that everyone experiencing different problems with software, because their computer is different, or they have different hardware, or a hacked up installation of Windows. Despite this though, we would like to help -- and the only way this can be done is if people post their issues in our Message Forum. Thanks for your feedback.
